Choosing a home inspector at the Seacoast of NH you want someone that is qualified. In New Hampshire, you need to have a license but that is not to difficult to obtain. Me the owner I am a Certified Master Inspector. At the time I wrote this post I believe there was only 7 of us in the State. I believe there over 500+ active home inspectors in the State. Being a Master Inspector we are regarded in the industry as the Best of the Best!
I am a member of InterNACHI. InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, is the world’s largest inspection trade association. Based in the United States, InterNACHI is both non-profit and federally tax-exempt and operates in 65 different countries and nine languages. InterNACHI is the inspection industry’s largest provider of education and training.
Experience
I have owned Footprint Property Inspections for 5 yrs now. The sad truth is most home inspection businesses don’t last but a few years. We are growing and excited to be the future of the home inspection industry in New Hampshire.
Swinging a hammer at a very young age taught me all about home construction. My father started in the remodeling business and ended up being a builder of starter and custom homes in NH. I worked with my father every summer and sometimes on weekends. Eventually, I owned and operated my own framing company. I started building homes myself until the real estate crash of 2008.
These events of my life brought me to the position I am in now as a home inspector in the NH. I tell you I love my job!

Software
We use The Best software in the industry. This software provides a smooth experience from beginning to end. When you first book a home inspection you will get an agreement e-mailed to you that you can sign electronically. You will get reminders to you and your Realtor of the time and date of the inspection. We will also send you a quick text message the day before to make sure you have not forgotten about the big day!
The reports are very easy to understand. You have options between a PDF-style report or you can look at an intuitive report online that you can jump to whatever section you need.
Tools
We use the best tools to get the job done. If you have heard the expression that you need the right tool for the job, you will understand that importance. I also carry a backup of all my tools, this way your inspection will not suffer from me not being prepared.
If I need a moisture meter, thermal imaging camera, or just a headlamp to inspect that crawl-space. I have you covered!
Price
Now this a big one and I can tell you that our prices are very competitive. We are not the cheapest company out there, but I can tell you don’t hire the cheapest. A lot of things in life you get what you pay for. When choosing a home inspector price should not be the biggest factor. You want to hire the total package and we have you covered.
