With a lot of mountain homes and lake homes in the area you want to make sure that the exterior hasn’t had too much wind damage, water damage or just general wear and tear damage as well.
WATER TESTING
We offer water testing for those homes with wells in place to make sure that your water is safe. Some of the homes in Sunapee NH have town water but a lot of them are on well so it is important to have it tested prior to buying the home. Here is a list of the water testing that we offer.

We use the same lab that most home inspectors in NH use. Nelson Water Lab they are located out of Manchester NH. They also have a drop location in Canterbury NH as well.
RADON AIR TESTING
Radon Air Testing is a test that we offer to everyone. Being that we live in the “Granite” State radon levels can be high and can cause health issues if not mitigated. With Sunapee NH being a mountainous area it is recommended that you have the radon air tested before you buy the home. Mitigation can be expensive. A qualified home inspector can do such a test.
Note that this test does take 48 hrs and the readings can fluctuate with varying factors. The most accurate test would be taken over a year’s time but this test that we offer will give you an idea at least if it’s in your home. For more information the EPA has a lot of info on their website.
