We offer a Buyer Home Inspection service for buyer’s in NH before they buy a home. This is a very important part of the home buying process. The reason for having an inspection is to get an unbiased trained opinion of the home from an NH licensed Inspector. Even if you have experience in some part of residential construction or remodeling it is still a great idea to hire a home inspector, this will give another set of eyes on the home from someone that is trained and has experience in identifying problems and defects with a property. A buyer’s home inspection consists of a 2-4 hr inspection depending on the size, age, and condition of the home.

We will inspect Condos, single families, multi-families up-to 4 units. We encourage you the buyer to be at the home inspection that way you have the opportunity to ask your NH Certified Home Inspector any questions that you have about the defects of safety concerns. We also offer Radon Testing as an added service and this done to get an idea of the radon activity at the home. Also if you are purchasing a home on it’s own private well then it is also a good idea to have a water test done and we also provide that added service.
